INGREDIENTS:
400g chicken breast
125mg The Persian Trader Saffron
2 Onions
2 Limes (Juiced)
1 Red Pepper
300g Greek Natural Yoghurt
Salt & Pepper

METHOD:

1. Chop the pepper into large piece
2. Chop the onions into quarters
3. Dice the chicken into bite-sized pieces
4. Grind the saffron threads and soak in a small amount of hot water
5. Add the yogurt, chopped onion and saffron to a food processor until it turns into a smooth paste
6. Marinate the chicken with the saffron mixture and leave overnight in the fridge (if possible, if not for at least 3 hours)
7. Place the chicken pieces and pepper onto skewers and cook on the barbecue turning as the meat browns
8. Enjoy!
