Cant believe I’ve never heard of Sulforaphane in any other video before this.
As it does so much for health why have others not brought it to public attention.

Thank you for your video. While you mentioned cabbage at some point, you missed it from the initial list and it is one of the cruciferous with high concentration of sulphoraphane. I make juice with the extractor and drink 1 glass a day for 21 days from time to time.
