Cabbage has tons of sulpharophane. Especially if you drink its juice extract. I'm currently doing a 21 day cabbage juice protocol and on the 4th day I experienced paradox effects where I'm movilizing all the garbage in my guts. It's literally amazing.

I eat broccoli sprouts that I sprout myself almost every day. You don't need a lot. Highly recommended.

Broccoli sprouts is the healthiest green on the planet.

I read that the little leaves that everyone pulls off their broccoli stalks have the MOST sulphoraphane.

You have to be VERY careful about food poisoning when growing broccoli sprouts.
Any smell from it, ditch the lot.
It took me months to get over my last batch.

My child had planter warts. I force fed that little picky eater broccoli twice. Gone in a week. It can be powerful if your body needs it. She now willingly eats asparagus. So were up to meat, berries and asparagus. No bread no grains no other veg. Used to make me so nervous but she has beautiful hair and skin, never gets sick. 🤷‍♂️

I LOVE Broccoli and Cauliflower!! I ate it for many years! Now if I eat even just one 1/8 inch piece, my stomach goes into violent cramps almost instantly. Every time. I've decided I must be allergic to them. I wonder if it's this sulforaphane that I'm allergic to? I also can't eat onions, eggs and pork, also chicken that smells very sulfery. These give me stomach cramps and an instant headache between my eyebrows that Lasts for days. I assumed it was the sulfer in general. I'm also allergic to sulfa antibiotics.

Thank you so very much for the short video, Dr. Berg!!! I know about sprouts, having been the head of the sprout room at Hippocrates health institute years ago in Boston, and then moving into a job after my sister at Richards natural vital foods where we just grew and packaged sprouts and sunflower greens, etc., and also wheat grass! I believe in sprouts! Thank you for letting me know or remind me of this!!! And letting others know about it! You are one cool dude, and so is your wife! 😀

Yes but I believe it's by weight and a serving of grown broccoli is probably ten times the weight of a serving of sprouts

Yum I LOVE those. And alfalfa sprouts. Micro greens are SO good on sandwiches

My understanding is that microgreens are even more nutrient dense. There are a few studies I have read that suggest eating at the microgreens stage (just 3-4 days older than the sprout stage) is the most nutrient dense stage in the lifecycle of the plant. Is this what you are finding?

I appreciate all your fantastic videos highlighting how powerful sprouts/microgreens are for our health. I have been a longtime fan and send LOADS of people to your channel. I would love to do an interview with you sometime!

We've got Tenderstem (Trade marked) broccoli now. That's broccoli crossed with kale so it's even better than standard broccoli
