Kundalini and chakra flow

Energy is coming towards and in the body from the Earth and also Cosmic Kundalini, and it is channeled, the facilitator is only a conduit of this energy life force. The Kundalini is awakening, not rising. We are seeing the stream going inside the channels of the body. As this person is going with the stream of life force that provides her to become more free. The Kundalini rising will go out of its own, and we are not rising the Kundalini.

i did that once trying to meditate, without knowing about this method. i let myself be carried away by the energy and i moved like that, and i thought i was doing everything wrong, because i felt a lot of energy moving and it is not at all peaceful to move like that. and after months i read about this technique and i realized that i was doing things right. reading about this method and feeling that i had already done it without even knowing it existed impressed me a lot.
