Kundalini energy is not a joke to mess with. Neither is it to be forced. Have read multiple medical books on disturbed kundalini energy, leading to psychose.

A good friend of mine was shaking and meditating, and doing all sorts of therapies. Messing up his kundalini, he wasn’t sleeping only meditating. After a year he was started to have a spiritual awakening, and he was feeling his chakra’s open. Yet it was not done with caution, and it went out of control. Leading into psychosis.

Can’t judge what I see in a video so short . Just worries me often how people will try and chase enlightenment by allowing people to mess with their energy, or overdoing the amount of practices and yoga’s.

People think before you get anything like this done: anyone who claims to do instant kundalini awakening through such methods is clearly a big scammer. Now here's the thing she may say that there several ways to awaken the kundalini and she does it through energy. Yes, some very specialised gurus in the ancient times would have the finesse to do that. The term you need to be searching for here is kundalini awakening through Shaktipat. This is usually temporary and is only available through rare highly qualified gurus, which as you can easily see, she is not.

Kundalini awakening is not fake, but before you ascend to higher vibrational states, you need to ground and anchor yourself. Like a strong tree, no matter the storm or rain, it doesn’t fall or fly away. I would use somatic release like on the video, to understand what my blockages are, and self work around it, to understand what triggers you to display such negative emotions or reactions.
