I've watched like 10 of your videos today and took notes and now on my phone in bed still taking notes now on my phone 😂

I went full time in my business in August and man it has been stressful trying to manage everything by myself and learn everything.
I didn't have a back up plan or a business plan or a strategy I just went all in on my side hustle detailing but now that it's getting colder and I'm less busy I'm just trying to make sure I start to get all of the sops and my strategy dialed In so I can give my clients an even better experience.

Your videos have been so helpful in formulating my business plan. I'm a systems person myself, but you've broadened my understanding and quite literally "scaled" my knowledge of how to build systems from a preexisting strategy that sets the parameters for how to execute my own business. Working corporately sort of siloed me into "departmental systems" thinking after college. When I decided to open my own business, I couldn't figure out how to capture what was needed to point the needle (even multiple needles) in the right direction. I appreciate the things you put on but I think if you put a header or content that has positivity and more on the positive side (clickbate or title) could easily blow your viewers count. Yes, it is wonderful that you talked about experience, but continuously doing so also attracts you the likelihood of giving emphasis on that experience thus the views remains as it is.
