I am a new follower, I never saw 👀 your videos before, I run every day 10 KM minimum, and my long run is 37 KM no stop for eating or going bathroom, after 45 years doing the rythme, I have today problem with my feet, I pay 1, 300$ for my running shoes 👟 and 4 orthese every 6 months. And I don't care I love running & walking fast 🏃‍♀️🚶‍♀️every every day.
And now after I saw 👀 your videos I can't stop watching you and I love running more and more than before 😂😊 I love you so much and I will see all your new vidéos and listening 🎶 the best 👌 and the great steps mode so cool music 🎶 in my ear 👂 ❤️.

Love all your drills. Some of these require perfect rhythm/timing. Still hard to do but gets easier with practice.
