Adding a pinch of salt to your drinking water will help stop dizziness and other symptoms as will using a magnesium oil spray for transdermal ingestion which also won’t harm your water fast.

Usually I just don't eat for one to two days but I don't lose weight. I forgot why that happens but there is some reason behind it.

If you guys want to plan to do water fasting you have to plan a wash off the disease by drinking apple cider vinegar, so it can take care of kidney disease, high blood sugar, and other kind of disease before starting the water fasting

Hi, I just wanna ask. I just broke my 4 days water fast by eating rice and chicken because my mom forced me to eat. I chewed to tiny bits though and ate very less. Will i get a negative effect? Like belly pain? 😭

Hi, please help me, I am water fasting, but my last part of colon is very dry and I can not purify the water because I have sores in my anus. I tried salt water flush method, but I have a kidney problem and after consuming a lot of salt for two days in this method My legs are very swollen.
Please help me, what should I do to get diarrhea and defecate water so that my intestines do not dry out. I also have diabetes.

Speaking of eating a large meal after a fast: My first time doing an extended water-fast (5 days), I decided to eat everything I could get my hands on. This resulted in my throwing up everything I ate. For hours I puked up everything, lol. I will never make that mistake again. Now I break my fast with eggs, just eggs and some type of meat. I eat a small quantity since my stomach shrinks from the water fast. Pretty neat though. You get a fantastic mental clarity after a few days, spike in energy, and a weird WANT to do things, like clean, work out, etc. It's actually very neat.

It’s been proven that you don’t loose muscle mass fasting, as long as your have fat reserves, your body will always burn fat before muscle & you will know when stores are running low, due to hunger retuning, there are no dangers fasting, it’s what the body is designed to do
