12th gen standard cpu cooler fan install and removal

just wanted to show the easiest and best way to install and remove these newer 12th gen cpu coolers
they look pretty cool with the blue ring , they are a little better then the older 1151 and 1200 standard cpu coolers but still need alot of work, but if u are simply using your pc the way it is without any hardcore gaming or overclocking then this is fine for you to use, you only need to upgrade your standard cpu cooler if you plan on running some overclock and also if you are playijng alot of games and ther cpu gets hotter then about 70c degrees,
unless you just wanna keep yuour cpu cooler , then upgrading would be the way to go
rule of thumb a cooler pc means higher clock
that applies for gpus and ram also

Thank you for making this video! I had to install a 12th Generation Celeron to update bios on a Strix Z690 to accept a 13700k. I didn't want to put the aio in in case the motherboard (open box $200) was bad. I watched your video and used the stock cooler, the board is good and BIOS is updated!

This video is really good! I wasn't sure if I should turn the pins clockwise before or after inserting them, so this really helps! Removing the pins has also been a nightmare, do I'll try it from scratch, again.

Edit: I finally did it! What worked for me was 2 things:
- This, it worked wonders!
- For some reason, the plastic part of the pins was bent outwards, I had to squeeze the ends back together until they would look like the other pins. I must have bent them out of shape while trying to push them in.

Best advice I can give is 1)Throw that out. 2)Get a good cooler. 3) enjoy your cpu with better clocks and cooler temps!

I have the same Gigabyte B660M Aorus Pro AX.
Can you please answer me two questions that I'm curious about.
1) When you turn on the computer does it display the little line or kind of dots on the left and below of Aorus logo?
2) I've installed an i5-13500 and its temps with stock cooler are 44c idle and whenever I start games it rises upto 100 in just 5-10min. I've check the cooler and I think its mounted perfectly and replaced the stock thermal paste with cooler master paste and the same results. What's going wrong?
