I agree with you, I currently have a Nexus 7 and an iPhone 4, previously had a cheap HTC android 2.3 phone. iPhone is king. Especially when we talk about market share. Something that sells that many units can't be a fail no matter how crap it is (take the Wii for example)

I agree. For a product with such high expectation and hype, all the iPhone5 problems like the map and the camera lens purple flares should make it one of the most disappointing product of 2012.

Maybe the iPhone5 comes in number 10, which is why CNET decided to make Top 5 instead.

Actually an app is a product as well. Products don't need to physical. Product is something produced by human or mechanical effort or by a natural process however the final state doest not need to have physical form. I know this because I studied machine engineering.
