What you will be needing
3 pounds clean russet potatoes boiled whole till
Fork tender or bake then peel and dice
5 boiled eggs chopped 1 for garnish
4 chopped green onions
2 celery ribs chopped well
2 tablespoons pimentos drained really well
2 tablespoons chopped flat leaf Italian parsley

Dressing
1 cup mayonnaise or to your liking
3 tablespoons mustard
1 1/2 teaspoons salt or to your liking
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon celery seed
1/4 cup sweet pickle juice
2 tablespoons milk
Potatoes should be warm when mixing the dressing into potatoes ..,Enjoy and please subscribe ‼️❤️
