Here are the 3 low carb bread substitute recipes I tried! You'll find all ingredients below. The directions are in the video!

#1. Low Carb Flat Bread by FitMenCook

Ingredients for 6 pieces of flatbread:

1 cup full fat coconut milk
1/2 cup + 1 heaping tablespoon super fine almond flour
Substitute: coconut flour
1/2 cup arrowroot powder/flour
Substitute: tapioca flour or cornstarch
pinch of sea salt (technically I know this makes 4 ingredients but 3 sounds better lol)
Garnish (optional)
6 teaspoons of vegan butter spread (1 teaspoon per flatbread)

#2. Cloud Bread by My Blueprint - great for Keto!

Ingredients for 6-8 portions:

3 eggs
3 tablespoons cream cheese, softened at room temperature
¼ teaspoon cream of tartar
1 tablespoon granulated sugar or honey

#3. 90 sec bread by Jennifer Banz - great for keto!

Ingredients for 1 serving:

3 tbsp almond flour or 1 1/3 tbsp coconut flour
1 tbsp oil (melted butter, melted coconut oil, avocado oil)
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 large egg
tiny pinch of salt

THIS IS BY FAAAAR THE BEST I HAVE MADE (and I’ve been paleo for over two years- I know ma bread ;-)

2 Baguettes:

200 grams Sour Cream
3 large eggs
50 grams Protein Powder natural flavor
35 grams coconut flour
40 grams walnut flour
30 grams shredded walnuts
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp himalayan salt
1 tsp erythritol

(+ fried i a pan: 125 grams red pepper and red onions -> this is what makes this bread taste so flippin delicious!) In the oven at 350 F / 175 C ♥️♥️♥️♥️

I've tried a similar take on the 90sec bread before! Just take an extra step, after microwaving it. take it out of the container, cut horizontally and then panfry both sides with butter /fats. Tastes better when it's crispy!

OMG Cassie! I want your microwave it's really cool, I love that it just takes the food in by itself and it's flat at the bottom for easy cleaning, I love cooking and kitchen things and that looks like one of the coolest microwaves I have ever seen! I want it, I love it and I need one of the same kind lol!

The 90 sec bread is so much better when you make it into a breakfast sandwich.. That's the only way I enjoy it. I really wanna try the flat bread, looks really good!

I use the first bread as naan when we make Indian. I even make a big batch and freeze them to pull out and warm up while dinner cooks. 😊

OMG I've been making the 90sec bread while i was on keto, but I found that its a great "scone" replacement. So y'know, a little butter, unsweetened whipped cream and strawberries, and it will be a great morning or afternoon tea snack!
Edit: I forgot to add, microwave it in a mug so it takes the shape of a scone!
