Neha I hv been following you since August 2020 when i caught covid infection. since then practicing with you everyday . I am able to do 30 suryanamaskar without any pause and with ease. My body is quite flexible now I can touch my knee with my head without any difficulty. You are the best yoga instructor in the world.

I have an asthma so breathing techniques are a bit difficult for me, but practicing all these yoga techniques with you Neha are helping me a lot not only to breath free, but also feeling very relax as I am suffering from anxiety too...I am completely beginner in yoga.
