We married in 2018.
My husband had his interview Aug 30 2021.
They think our marriage is fraudulent (despite a ton of evidence otherwise)and our case was sent back to the NVC, then the USCIS. We haven't heard anything for almost two years.
I have asked a senator to help us but all NVC would say is our case will be reviewed in the order it was received.
We want to re-file but cannot until we hear from the USCIS.
Our original lawyer has done nothing for us.

My mom filed for my sister in the f2 category. She did her interview before her medical due to the fact that there was no appointments available for medical until after the interview. She received a letter stating that she must turn in her passport along with her ds260.

We have been waiting for 5 years, case was created in 2020, my wife has been to two interviews, CEAC shows "Expiring soon", I have contacted US embassy and all they sys is to keep waiting.

The chennai Consulate ask for financial document on 28 June in 221 g after 35 days they sent me mail that please provide us financial documents as soon as possible and after 3 day on 1 July I mail them all financial document and they sent me automated mail that, This is an automated reply to confirm receipt of your email. how many days i expect to take decision on my documents is any chance of approval!

My husband had his interview November 11 2023 had to send 5535 he did its been 5 months nothing, went on ceac and last updated been since January 9. This is so frustrating, I'm so depressed the waiting game is so stressful.

My fiancée and I are going through a K-1 visa process. She is currently a refugee in Turkey. She has her interview at the embassy in Ankara on May 10, 2024. Her interview went well but the interviewer slapped her with a 221g due to her being a refugee. Since then we haven't heard anything. I've been in contact with my local Senator (Colorado / Michael Bennet). His assistant said to us to wait 120 days (September 28) before asking for an update regarding the case.

Any help would be greatly appreciated for we're just emotionally feeling down about all this.

I did my IR interview last month 15th may, consul Officer requested for a few documents and said to me she Will put it on AP and when I submit documents it will be processed and she said I can submit at anytime, but I submitted it after two to three weeks due to shipping of some the documents from my spouse, I submitted documents on 6th may 2024, my case date was updated 07th may and 9th may but still says REFUSED on status, is it a good sign on my application?
