I had the interview June 8 2023 for a K1 fiancé visa. Passed the interview, had all the papers except that the doctor who did my physical forgot to check one of the boxes by mistake. As you know, the physicals are sent directly to the consulate. They denied me because of the doctor’s error. I called the medical clinic right after the interview told them they had f**ked up, they send the corrected physical to the consulate that same day of the interview.
Here I am 8 months later in administrative processing at the consulate without an end in sight and without any answers being given.

my husband is from Morocco, Muslim 😔 but I have several friends that passed with NO issues and the officer doubting their relationships! we all filed for our husband’s visas about the same time and they’re ALL from Morocco so we don’t know WHERE we went wrong! Hi Sir, I got 221G form to submit additional marriage photos for dependent VISA, and I submitted pics immediately and when I check my VISA status on CEAC website after 2 days by case number it shows it shows "Approved". And below it also mentions that "However, a final screening step must still be completed prior to issuance that could lead a consular officer to conclude that you are not eligible for a visa. If that occurs, the consular officer will notify you that your application has been denied and your status will change to "Refused". Can you please guide me here

My husband had his interview on February 30th, since he had 2 children from a previous relationship and he told them that he was never married they told him to bring proof and also his passport so when he turn in his documents a week later he got a email stating that his documents were ready but the only thing they gave back to him was his passport with no visa i dont know what to do at this point I'm ready to divorce

Hello; I had a J1 Visa Appointment in U.S. embassy of paris 2 weeks ago.
First, the visa officer approved my visa. I said her that I must go back to my country 5 days later, because of my university exams. After she gave me 221g paper. And, She did not give my passport back. She did not say about what should I do. I came to my country with a temporary passport. My visa status looks refused. I guess because of Administrative process.
But, I am asking them, but they don’t email to me about what the real situation is. So, I will be so thankful

After my interview on Ir1 the CO advices me that they need a joint sponsor documents and I should send it through the DHL Dropbox.. then he put me.. after a week my wife got a joint sponsor documents and we have sent it through the DHL Dropbox.. is my case a good sign or not sir

So, I had my interview at the embassy in Colombia requesting a J1 visa. They told me that my visa was approved and took my passport. One month later, I checked my status and it said it was refused. After a week, I received an email that said: 'Our records indicate that your visa document(s) can now be picked up at BOGOTA ASC. An appointment must be scheduled to pick up your documents at the following address.' I am just scared that even though it says it's for giving me my passport with visas, it could be also without a visa because my status on the system remains the same.

Hello! I had my J1 visa interview on April 11, 2023, and my DS-2019 was signed by the consulate and given to me after the interview and took my passport. However, he needs to verify some information in my application. The consulate doesn't give me a piece of paper and doens't ask me to send any documents. Upon checking, my status is refused until now. Sir im sharing the truth regarding us consular officer according current scenario .A man who won the DV lottery 2024. His interview was held on 22 November. But he was not able to submitt family member his wife or children in dv lottery form .he lied to consular officer that he is single. At the time of interview consular officer refused his visa under section 221g and returned his original documents and passport but after 3 month his visa was approved. How is this possible?how could I believe on us consular's investigation
