10 years worked in 3d max and I loved this soft, but now I working in Blender + Octane render and don't regret it. Blender have an excellent tool for VFX - don't need in additional plugins.

Did they updated unwrapping options for faster unwraping

I am totally new to 3DS Max. I am taking a class and am in the 3rd week. We are using 2025 and I am totally lost. I had a lot of trouble following the video tutorials for unwrapping. The edit in face sub-object mode is impossible to find without help. Totally different button and different place. Ambient, Diffuse, and Specular color options are gone in the Compact Material Editor. What do these options map to in the 2025 version? So, next time you make a video on what's new, please include all the new options. HELP!

It would be enough for me if bugs that have been around for 10 years were finally fixed and CAT finally worked properly. But as you can read here, not one of them is satisfied with Autodesk

Arguably the worse Major release ever!
As a 3ds Max user. Im so disappointed every year!
Its possible to have 1 year of work of dozens of people to get a few modifier updated?
