Reasonably good recipe. I've found though creaming the butter and sugar first rather than mixing the sugar with the flour turns out a much more balanced cake. Also baking at 160 degrees fan assisted for 50 minutes is the best for me. Beautifully crispy and golden on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside. Try it ;)
