I Can Hear them But They Can’t hear Me

Bought 4 of these and after just a few months of use, 2 of them got microphone issues, it seems like an issue with the swivel of boom as moving the boom up and down causes the disconnection of mic. Really disappointed with JLAB, the build quality seems good but it really isn't.

I can not get the mute to work...People can still hear me
