I haven't figured out or seen a way to answer an incoming call from the headset. Can you verify if that's on there or not?

Hello, I bought these headphones on Amazon and I wanted to know how you use the microphone connected by cable. Do you also activate Bluetooth with the headphones connected by cable or do you not activate anything? The thing is that when I'm on a call the rest of the people hear me poorly, but when I listen to myself by pressing the power button three times I hear myself perfectly.

Bought 4 of these and after just a few months of use, 2 of them got microphone issues, it seems like an issue with the swivel of boom as moving the boom up and down causes the disconnection of mic. Really disappointed with JLAB, the build quality seems good but it really isn't.

These headphones are good in term of performance but build quality is poor. They last only 3 months. It's not just for me but my friends also bought this after me and there also broke after 3 or 4 months. Cheap quality material they must have used. Please do not buy these.
