Is the usb dongle must or can I directly connect to the laptop's internal bluetooth?

Would this be able to connect to a wired desk phone? Either via bluetooth or the usb.

Is the microphone bendable? It doesn't look flexible and i had issues with microphones not picking up ly voice if it's too far from my mouth.

Do you know how to activate the noise cancellation? Somehow I have tried and it picks up all noises
