I am using them for over a week and in my opinion in general - they are OK, have very useful features, but still, they have some drawbacks.
Pros:
1. good battery!
2. the very useful switch (quick mute) for the microphone with the LED
3. long wireless range (at least enough for me)
4. they are doing well in cutting off the ambient sounds
Cons:
1. too tight - after 2 hours my ears are screaming for freedom ;-) They are not so comfortable, but also not very bad. They are "coshy", but because they are also tight - my ears do not get fresh air.
2. the red LED for the muted microphone is not well visible by the owner/user - could be slightly better placed.

i have bouth these and i like them but i dont know how to use the wired option. when i connect the wire the sound output still remains on wireless

Unfortunately the main reason why I bought them is the one where they dont work - Hello, Im very pleased with all the Jlab Go Work features, except one I can't get to work


When I open my Android camera to record a Video it will only capture sound from the Phone's mic and not from the Headset


It surelly recognizes the headset because I can start and stop the video recording just by hitting the Jlabs On/Off, but no matter what settings I chose on the phone, it eont capture sound from headset


With Zoom it works perfectly on the Phone but not with camera recording videos


Is there any App that allows to easily record videos with the phone and capture voincing in Jlabs ?

I hope someone can answer this but changing the EQ has no indication but a beep, I have no clue if i'm in phone or music mode, how do I tell? Does Windows tell me? Will firmware updates fix it?

when i use these as headphones on my pc it has issues if i use it the default mic. i think you should make a app for pc so people can actually use it as it was designed to.

i bought two and the mute button didnt work on both..this is the second one i have to return to bestbuy...pretty weird

I got a pair and the mic does not work when it's plugged into the computer and on Bluetooth it's super staticy

I bought 2 sets of Go for work but been experiencing issue with Intel AX200 Wifi 6 module. The issue is a high pitch noise may be heard when using the 'Voice' mode. 2 of new sets have the same problem with different notebook with same AX200.... Not sure what's going on with this problem....It's good when using 'music' mode..

One of the main reasons for me choosing this product is the mute option. Unless there are specific setting that need to be activated, my mute option isn't working for muting a call.

Charging light doesn't light up + Bluetooth pairing light doesn't blink. Not sure what's going on.
