in 6 months, the mic stopped working.. no after sales service in india.. as per their warranty policy i need to courier it to USA .. strange policy😢

Just got these in the mail today from Amazon. Can't figure out how to be able to hear my own voice in the headset. I can't use these if I can't hear myself talk or if my voice sounds muffled because of having something over my ears. I bought them to use for talking on messenger using my iPad. Also, when I first connected them with the bluetooth, I was able to make a call and they automatically worked. But then later when I had an incoming call, I turned the headphones back on and suddenly the call disconnected. This happened over and over, again, although the bluetooth said 'connected.' What am I doing wrong, can you help me, please? Thank you!

Has anyone had an issue with the red light staying on even when the headset it switched off? I've tried charging it but it didn't work.

I use this on windows and only get mic or audio, not both. Any suggestions?

Both of my jlab buds air stopped working
If you charge the care indivisualy it charges but as soon as you put the buds in it, its sort of dies and shows no charge
