Does iPhone 16 “Camera Control” Work With Cases?

How does the iPhone 16 Camera Control Button work with cases? Lets talk about it… 👀

There seems to be 3 main methods being used at the moment, each with their upsides:

1: a complete notch-style cutout that gives easy access to the physical button

2: a “pill style” cutout that still allows for access to the physical hardware but also adds a bit of protection to the front edge of the phone

3: a glass/crystal cover that covers the camera control completely, but so far these are really only available from apple directly and can be a bit pricey

I like the last case you showed but for some reason I can’t stand playing my phone sideways with the bottom speakers to the left, I need the main audio to go to the right of me

Really like ESR but am having a lot of touch sensitivity issues with their screen protector this time around

I like the notch design, makes it easier to use the button as you can easily find where it is. I would struggle to find the button without a case on. It just sits too flush with the phone to even really feel out.

I got the magsafe clear case from apple and really like the way how the button is very easily usable
