What a cool interview! I’ve worked as a professional baker since I was 20. I’ve had moments where I worried whether or not I was on the “right” career path. I had no formal training, but I have been able to work my way up to being the Lead of an artisan bread bakery. It is truly a gift to be able to make a living at a job that you love. This woman is proof that finding your passion is worth so much more than just existing to make money.
