Honestly if I want to snack I usually just drink water and I feel full for the moment. Later the feeling dissapears completly and it kinda helps me not snack all day (but I do eat like two snacks, or break dinner in half and have the first part a little earlier if I feel like it)

I love these videos too, but would strongly disagree with the statement that snacking is ok. Occasionally it is ok, but if you snack regularly it suggests blood sugar dysregulation or insufficient /or imbalanced meals.

Nope, not true. Whether its full fat brownies or a healthy alternative- my issue is eating the whole tray. In fac, I'd probably eat two trays if its a healthier version.

Choose healthy snacks and minimise them. Eat high protein meals to fill u up so u dont crave snacks
