🛑 I'm Stephanie and behind the camera, you have my sister Cloud. I started cooking at 4 years of age. What?! Yes (LOL) I pulled up a chair and my first choice was to fry an egg. I was hungry and that’s all I have to say about that experience. I would like to say I’m completely self-taught in the kitchen, but I have the lovely women in my family to thank. They taught me to honor my ancestors and to make my Mexican Cuisine comfortable for my home. I thank our creator for my curiosity and my never-ending search for the next gastronomic satiation. Cooking is a huge part of my daily life as I prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks for my two American Korean/Mexican boys. I know who does that these days? Me, I homeschool my two boys and I’m grateful for every moment spent. ❤️ If you love our spectacular homemade recipes, Please take the time to Subscribe and support our channel. Don't forget to click the bell for notifications. We upload new recipes Monday - Thursday. After all, we wouldn't be here without you 😘 Thank you 💕

Your tip with the spoon in the oil is one of the best tips I have ever gotten. I used to hate cooking with oil. But this has helped me so much.

I want to thank you not only for showing how to make your chili oil’s which I have on hand at all times now. I also want to say thank you for the hibiscus flower ideal for the food. I have use that ideal and have noticed that if they have viscous almost mimics whatever you cook it with. I have made all kinds of food and use the hibiscus flower instead of meat simply by using the broth and it’s been delicious. So I want to say thank you

Thank you, I tried making tostada shells at home the same way and they turned out great. Much better than buying the store bought shells.

Hi Steph and Cloud. I can’t tell you how much I enjoy watching you. I lost my husband and my sister within a month of each other a little over a year ago. I’m still having trouble dealing with all that but watching you cook AND eat gives me so much joy. This looks delicious! Lobster is my favorite food of all time! I hope you are doing ok Steph. You are a strong woman and have a lot of people who care for you. You and Cloud and the family take care and be well! God bless. 🙏🙏🥰

Comadres, I love watching your channel from Bayard, NM. I have been putting you two on while I cook and it really helps me not feel so lonely during quarantine and isolated from my family. I am a divorced, single woman myself pero no children except two wiener dogs. I have been doing the agua frescas daily and love them and trying the varieties you have taught me. Thank you for showing me that I need not look further than my own cultural foods to get good nutrition. You two are helping me reclaim my Mexican culture in so many ways! I love how you both switch from English to Spanish and especially love that you don't back down from being your authentic selves no matter what haters say! Te amo amigas! Dios de te bendiga!
