That first one just makes sense. A hospital is meant to care and maintain a vast amount of people over time while a mcdonald’s caters to a handful of people at a time, plus food is something needed 3 times a day everyday. I dont see people chopping off a limb everyday and needing to frequent a hospital.

I moved to the US from the Phillipines last year and I REALLY wish the mcdonalds here had spaghetti. If you're going to the Phillipines you should definetely go to a nearby mcdonalds and get some spaghetti.
