For some reason, McDonald's locations in Japan sell hot dogs. There are also reports of a handful of locations in the US that sell them.

I worked at Sonic for 4 years and it really wasn't that difficult. We would, however, end up wasting a lot of product if we got really slow, but that pretty much goes for anything you prep in fast food.

The only thing this short reminds me of is the Reddit/tumblr post where a cashier had to turn an old man down when they were working at McDonald’s because he insisted that they sold hot dogs at one point and called them McDogs. One of the images in the beginning has the logo of McDogs. They did exist!

I worked at Sonic for about 6 months and hotdogs were the easiest thing on the menu. These companies are just too stingy to buy rollers. You literally just plop the dogs on there and they somehow stay perfectly cooked and never burn no matter how long they stay on there. They’re literally always ready. And ima be honest those bitches hit.
