Fun fact, I worked at a McDonald's in college with self-ordering touch screen stations. Our franchise owner, who bought into multiple locations, he always kept us criminally understaffed. One night we had only 2 people for 2 hours during rush to try and do both grill, order taking, serving, and drive-thru headset. More often than not the most cleaning done was a quick table wipe with a cloth that had set in sanitizer water for over 8 hours (so not really useable) and not even a floor sweep. McDonalds does HAVE rules about cleaning, but having worked 3 locations across 3 states and owners, only a single one followed them. Just, keep that in mind and bring some hand-sani with you.

Edit: I forgot, the point is we rarely had time/staff to clean, and those touch screens both for customers and our own touch screens for taking orders were hardly ever cleaned.
