Phantom limb syndrome

This video looks at phantom limb syndrome, a condition where individuals who have lost a limb experience sensations in that nonexistent body part. This syndrome has been reported to occur in 80-100% of amputees in some studies and is typically a type of chronic pain. Current treatments to relieve pain are mentioned.
