Demographers have predicted this for decades and anticipate that people of color will make up a majority of the population as early as 2042.
BNC host Aisha Mills discusses this topic on the new show "AMplified with Aisha Mills." She says we should stop using the term "majority-minority" because "we are the majority. We are here. Period." The rise of a new American majority is being met with anti-democratic measures rolling out across the country. You should NEVER refer to yourself as PEOPLE OF COLOR! BLACK people are not to be included in that category! BLACK is a separate and unique group! Particularly Foundational Black Americans!
