Y'll life is short enjoy eating everything you love just follow skin care routine. Also milk and other dairy products are good for your bone & teeth health. You dont need to stop eating them for some silly pimples

For 3 years I had no chocolates, or sweets or milk products. For sweet tooth I used to eat fruits. Now that I have a baby, I am taking sugar that too 2 teaspoon in a day, no chocolates even on periods.

Bro thats absolutely true, i have minimized sugar intake and completely stopped consuming dairy products. There is a drastic change. My inflammed and bigger acne are 95% gone

(literally any type of noodles give you acne) french fries, eggs, and ice cream gave me breakouts

I have excluded sugar 99% and milk 100% from my daily diet and my hormonal acne near the jawline and my entire forehead along with both cheeks full which were covered with whiteheads are clearing up within 1 week. I couldn't exclude oil snd spice completely but tried to reduce it.

Along with excluding these, I added a lot of nutritious foods for skin like ginger, tulsi, lots of water, beetroot juice, turmeric juice, lemon juice, green tea, coffee, black tea, etc. These have significantly reduced the dark spots due to acne.

A simple skincare routine of facewash, moisturizer and spf is enough to keep the skin balanced. If it helps for you, use a niacinamide serum to help and if you dont have active acne, then vitamin c. I have just ordered HOCL spray, which also seems to help my large acnes dissapear.

I have acne prone skin but i am north indian and lactose tolerance therefore i don't get pimples while drinking milk i drink milk 250 ml everyday 😅🙂
