I received MSC with telephone code for hearing. My attorney said I'm not allowed to attend. I want to listen in to my case. The attorney I have been working with over a year will not be attending my hearing. I'm nervous and want to be there .

Hi Naomi. I need your advice please. My case was settled via C & R and the defense agreed to also include a Supplemental Job Displacement Voucher. Well, I received the settlement check, travel mileage reimbursement check, but instead of issuing the Supplemental Job Displacement Voucher as agreed to I received a notice of denial for the Supplemental Job Displacement Voucher. What can be done? Can they get away with this after agreeing to provide it in the signed and approved settlement? My attorney has filed for a hearing concerning this and is seeking late penalty payments, but the judge had already set a date for a status conference and my attorney says they may make us wait for for the status conference. What can we do? As always, thank you so much for your time and attention.
