what happens when you freeze chillies

So, let's see what happens when you freeze fresh chillies.
Here, I have got a bowl of fresh chillies!
Let's select only 2!
Time to put them into the freezer!
After 12 hrs!
You can see the frost on the chillies!
It is really easy to break it as it's frozen!
Let's leave the other one a few hours longer so that it'll completely unfreeze.
After few hours, you'll not see any frost and it's completely unfrozen.
Now, it doesn't break easy.
It feels & looks like water balloon.
It is very wet & doesn't feel fresh!
In a nutshell, DON'T FREEZE YOUR CHILLIES EVER!
