I am 75 years I walk every day 5or 6 miles and do 30 minutes bike riding and 30 minutes New Steps exercise Then I do wait leafting exercise ♥️❤️ This every day ♥️❤️

Chair squats, remember nose over toes anytime going from sitting to standing. After septic shock in 2016 i learned this in therapy learning to walk again. Long road but still do exercises to stay strong. Now 67, knock on wood no falls.

Hi! You said for people in their 50’s, 60’s and 70’s. How about an 86 year old? These exercises are great! I sit way too much and simply taking my walker for a walk around the house is so boring. I did a slightly modified version and some of them at a much slower pace. I can feel it working. I will wait a couple of days before I do them again. Thank you!

I have a daily routine. I am a 74 year old woman. I started exercising at 30 consistently. I meditate first. I start off with stretches. I do dynamic tension for my arms with a resistance bar. 100 + push ups, 1, 000 stomach crunches, walk 2-3 miles 1 outside 1 3/4 on treadmill 4.0 incline 1.0 and sometimes mall walk and I have osteoarthritis and use a cane. I am blessed to be able to do this at my age. I follow the Metropolitan diet and take vitamins. I have read 65 novels and live a simple life.

You are helping me so very much. After 2 back surgeries my left leg is so weak. I have been doing Triathlons for over 40 years. Your heel, toe exercise made realized how my left leg is so weak. I can’t left my toes. Thank you so very much🙏❤️

I am 68 and try to keep myself active by doing all household chores...no maid or any house help...buy my groceries from the local market myself, though my only daughter who lives abroad, keeps telling me ..'why take the trouble when everything is available online'..but still there are times i feel my legs don't side me like they used to ...climbing stairs or walking on uneven footpaths...so i really hope these exercises will help me...they look simple..

Iam 70 and after doing these exercises I was able to stand from a sitting position with little pain. Iam sure after a month I will be able to move better. Thank you . Your videos are easy and really helpful.
