🌿 MY FAV VEGAN RAMEN IN VANCOUVER 🍜 Ramen Danbo!

I don’t know why it took me so long to discover this but I’m so glad I did! 🥰 I loved it so much the first time that I went back the next day to have it again! 😍

Their vegan broth is luscious, rich, creamy, and full of umami 😎 I choose ‘firm’ for the thin noodles and they’re perfectly al dente 💜 And I love that it’s fried tofu instead of charsiu! I don’t feel as heavy after eating it 👍

My personal favourite: Negi-goma Ramen ($12.95) - it has TONSSSS of green onions and sesame seeds 🤩
