How to grant permissions for an app

I followed your steps but when i got to the permission tab i was not allowed to switch on and off. It made a bing sound but did not unlock.

It’s asking for permissions for all movie apps
It’s asking for permission for all access to photos media and files in order to open the app
I don’t want my data on the fire stick

I've opened up all the permissions with the phone and the camera... but when I try to transfer photos from the internal memory to the SD card, it blocks it, and it says I have to "grant access where is that, and how do I do that, because what you just said inthat video is not working for me....thank you for any help.... this is so confusing to me.... I feel like just smashing this phone LOL
