In Russia, all four gunmen behind Friday’s attack on a concert hall on the outskirts of Moscow have been arrested. At least 133 people are now known to have been killed in the terror attack. I've never seen any funeral, even a state funeral, drag out over 3 weeks. He died Feb. 29th and his funeral is Mar. 23rd. When other past Prime Ministers died I believe it was no more than one week from the day they died to the day of the funeral.
