Honestly I think the phones do such a good job these days, it’s only distinguishable to a full on pro, but to vast majority who are often casual observers it looks the same. And the phone is so easy and practical. Sometimes when time is of the essence, the usability and ergonomics of a phone out-weight the slight visual advantage of using a the big DSlR, a heavy 24-70 2.8 lens + tripod setup. Awesome video man!!

Frame blending looks better to me (the white board example).
RSMB smudges arround the actor and that affects the letters written at the whiteboard. It's quite noticeable and doesn't look good.
Could it be something with the effect settings?

Using slow shutter while taking the timelapse is the best blur you'll get. So buttery!

I really like the moment app tip! I use it to for timelapses on my phone all the time and I think the motion blur toggle makes the clips look so good! I find it’s a nice middle ground between a basic ass timelapse in the generic iPhone camera app and using an actual camera with a slow shutter!
