So..it was a little hard to follow to lap results...What were your lap times compared to other cars? You mentioned you got 1 lap at full power but the second lap dialed back a lot? How much?

I'm sorry but I still can't equate this EV with the Mustang name. I would have preferred Ford just calling it "Ford EV" or just simply the "Ford Mach E". Just leave the mustang name alone. But I can understand ford using the Mustang name as a staple to get buyers for this vehicle. I still say there isn't enough rang and the price is still way to high.

This car is great for zipping around town and stop light to stop light, track performance leaves something to be desired. Next gen should have better endurance.

Ford has the GT throttle back performance to help save battery life at 70%. You can feel it on the dragstrip after about 60' at 100% it reduces to around 70%. Ford wants owners to have a strong battery life for a minimum of 10 years. That may change in future models and battery updates. If you have an opportunity to Speak with a Ford EV engineer. They could explain it in better terms.

It’s unfortunate that this Mach-e is slower than the ICE mustang GT. I guess Ford doesn’t want to really outsell the ICE mustang lol

Good luck finding a charging station when you need it across 99% of this country. Thank god electricity just falls from the sky and has absolutely no carbon footprint whatsoever.

2 for 1 with the soda dispensers @ fast food chains. They water it down to make it last longer, and the taste is so horrible that you sometimes don't bother to go for a second serving, thus, making it last even longer. If you immediately take a zip from the bottled product you go through a "shellshockkindofsyndrome" for a second or two. If you take a selfie you have this 🥴 look.
