Both of which are not true.

So today, we will prove that the Puribag System alone is safe and effective at purifying turbid nasty water. And so is their upgraded version 2, the PURIBAG PRO, yeehaw!

Just found this. Think I'll add this to my preps. I was a Wilderness Guard for the Forest Service in the late 70's and contracted what I believe was Giardia. Very sick for days off the trail at over 7'000 feet. A system like this would have prevented that and looks to be easy to pack.

I'd want to use a charcoal filter only because I've heard that it leaves a chlorine taste in the water. I'd use a charcoal filter to help maybe remove some of that taste. Other than that I believe the water is safe and o drink from the bag.

Get a cheap dehydrator and store dehydrated easily.
All you need is a 12 volt battery and a 100 watt panel.
Solar cookers are great too.
