Airlines are obsessed with finding ways to squeeze more people into the planes. By making seats smaller and that awful double decker seat thing they got in project phase.
What they should be focused on are having an area that can accommodate wheelchairs, & Row for plus size customers too, everyone on a plane paid to be on it and deserves to be comfortable and treated with respect. No matter your size or ability.

And then the maintenance crews don’t have a clue how to fix it if it is broken…

Flying to Florida with my wife (t8-t9 incomplete para) and here I am on the ground with the maintenance guys tools fixing her brake levers and her back in the middle of the boarding plank while people are disembarking…

Yikes!! 28 per day?? It’s hard enough to get insurance to pay for one of them. I hope the airlines pay for the damages! That does need to change. I’m so sorry. That’s not what you want to hear or see after the plane lands and you need your wheelchair! ♿️🦽

This was one thing that worried my Dad the most when we traveled to Florida. We thought we got lucky until the last plane ride back, that's when his chair got broke. 🫤 It was his life line to get around. So disappointing.
