Lil tip cut an put in the sun for the slim to cut the slim out.

Hi Chris, I love ochroes. I am surprised you didn't use some pimentos. Is there any reason why you didn't? I will try your method as mine is not as dry as yours when I do ochroes. Thanks always.

OK, I'll do this with saltfish added, but I will try it on its own first with some roasted potatoes, maybe? I don't like cumin and it's in nearly every one of my favourite dishes, am I the one at fault !? 🙃
