The Secret To Crispy Skin Baked Potatoes Ingredients:
Russet baking potatoes
1-2 tablespoon Duck Fat melted
1/2 tablespoon salt
1/2 tablespoon black pepper
1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
Butter, sour cream and green onions to garnish (optional)
THIS IS HOW WE DO IT:
**Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit
**Poke hole using a fork all over the potato
**Cook the potato in the microwave for 5 minutes and 2 minutes for each additional potato
**Brush a generous amount of duck fat all over the potato
**Sprinkle a generous amount of salt, black pepper and garlic powder on all sides of the potatoes
**Place the potatoes directly on the oven rack
**Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the skin is crispy with the touch of a fork
