🌟🦶 Master the Art of Foot Rolling Mechanics & Unlock Smoother Movement! 🦶🌟

Did you know that restoring the natural rolling mechanics of your feet and arches can lead to better overall movement? 🤔 Let's dive into the benefits and how you can practice this skill!

🔑 Why working on foot mechanics is important:
🔸 Helps direct your weight every time you step.
🔸 The smoother your foot moves, the less stress on other joints & muscles 🦴💪.
🔸 Improves balance & stability.
🔸Greater connection to the ground for better proprioception
🔸 Promotes efficient & pain-free movement.

👟 Try this simple exercise to practice foot rolling mechanics:
1️⃣ Sit down with a yoga block or a firm pillow between your knees.
2️⃣ Get 60 knee squeezes to warm up the inner hip.
3️⃣ Slowly rock the foot back and forth while maintaining pressure on the object between your knees for 4 minutes.
5️⃣ Keep your upper body still and upright balanced over your hips!

As always, I’d love to hear how this went! Share in the comments what your experience was after trying this exercise.

I have a question that I’ve been trying to find the answer to. Why is it that one of my hips is rounder than the other? My right hip is not as round as my left hip and I see everyone have even hips. I went to the Dr recently and he said that I’m pretty even so that didn’t rlly answer my question but why is my right hip less rounded than my left one and can I fix it? To add.. I do workout and when I do RDLS my right leg seems weaker.
