I use salicylic acid face wash. I used to use it twice a day. Until i stumbled on one of your other videos and realised i was overstripping my skin of natural oils. I have oily and acne prone skin. So now i use my face wash only at night, and it has made such a huge difference in the oiliness of my skin. I look less shiny. Thanks doc for your useful advice 😊

salicylic acid doesnt work at all on me 😭 also benzoyl peroxide only helps with acne but not blemishes (in my case). i feel so stuck, should i try retinoid? im still 22 tho

Dr shereene, TO niacinamide 10% once a day and that NAG 2% at night, got rid of my oily skin and blackheads in 3 weeks and without any acids. Acids make my skin sensitive.
