What is “anti-lag”? Or what is happening to the engine during anti-lag? Are you basically going into a rolling launch control as in pulling timing and creating a false load?

I got one in my MR2 5SGTE! its sweeeet, but only tapped into 70% of options so far! Anti Lag is next! do I just connect the usb cable and tick a box? :) hahah
