Hello. If you cant find default apps just go to chrome, than click the icon to the right of your account icon in the upper right corner, go to settings and then scroll down and you will see it say set default, click on it and then it will directly put you in the default browser selection. Just type "default apps" without quotes at start menu to go to Default Apps settings directly.

My browser is yahoo (and is crap) and it's on my preferred browser already. I did what you said (by the way I didn't have edge on default) but it stayed the same even when I tried it with other browsers. WHY ISN'T IT WORKING?!?!?!?! Do I have the wrong computer?

when i click on chrme the it loads for seconds and setting get turned off

Maybe it's because my computer is a work computer … that it didn't change to Edge when upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10?
