I like having a hypertrophy day and strength day per week, it works great.
So for example on Monday I will do strength based training for chest and then on Thursday I will do hypertrophy based training.

Great tips, really hitting hypertrophy like that. You forget one (obvious) tip imo, being in a caloric surplus of course.

People just don't want to accept the fact that, if they want to build some quality muscle, tracking your macros is essential.

Other than that, more of this please! Love it.

I have 3 workouts (full body) in the week: tuesday hypertrophy, thursday strenght and saturday hypertrophy. Full body works great for me
