The fact that all mobs that lost in the vote are cancelled is totally unfair

They should've just added them just like how they're updating every single biome in each update

The mobs really make worlds alive if you ask me…Those lost mobs are the ones I really wanted most. Like that copper golem, he’s perfect

The shark reason is so dumb. I havent exactly heard of a bunch kids trying to tame a real life wolf with a bone or try and ride on a pigs back.

Honestly Mojang's reasons for not adding sharks don't really make sense since the same could be said of polar bears TBH

It would have been great if they added in the others Mobs from the mob vote instead of scrapping them completely. They have potential and would help the community stop arguing over the mob votes. The votes should just be for which mob will be implemented first and the other two (or more) will follow in later.

I also wouldn't want sharks to be hostile but what *if Mojang just made them neutral but easily provoked? Endermen and spiders are both neutral but are aggressive so what if sharks attacked players below half health? or maybe players above half health would get attacked if they have any type of raw meat in their Hotbar but at the same time, killing a shark could give you negative effects. We also have dolphins who are demons in real life and even attack great white sharks but we don't get neutral sharks. TBH at least a cartilaginous fish like a ray, chimaera, or dogfish would've been awesome

Mojang are dead wrong about sharks... Sharks are neutral creature, sharks don't attack human, they generally avoid them... The shark "attack" news you saw on TV are caused by shark mistaken surfer as a seal or sea turtle... I know this because my dad is a shark expert

They added all the cancelled mobs to minecraft dungeon but not the origional game.

China is very supportive of sharks and against harming sharks. That’s another likely reason.

Why couldn’t they just make sharks neutral mobs for the second reason?

Iceologers, Mooblooms, Glares and Copper Golems are not cancelled, devs confirmed that they have a chance to get added unlike 2017 mobs

I wish I lived in the alternative reality where sharks where added to minecraft instead of dolphins.

A lot of sharks are passive towards humans in real life so they don’t necessarily need to be aggressive, Just make them a defensive mob or something. It’s not like dolphins aren’t defensive and endangered (and I will actually kill them in game)
